Shane Graham is President and CEO of MGMT Global Consulting. His primary focus as Managing Director is for all Insurance Initiatives.

 

As a young, aspiring entrepreneur, he owned, operated, and directed an automotive manufacturing company into one of the largest and most popular companies in the industry. Graham founded Graham Group USA in the year 2000 and launched it into a nationally recognized and respected Executive Search and Consulting firm, functioning exclusively in the insurance industry and earning multiple performance awards. He strengthened his reputation and expertise with an eight-year tenure with Kaye/Bassman International Corporation, one of the largest and most prolific Executive Search and Placement firms in the world. As a Shareholder, Partner, and Managing Director, he was tasked with all insurance initiatives domestically and internationally from 2007 thru 2015. His diversified professional experience helps him excel at his current challenge as the owner, President, and CEO, of MGMT Global Consulting. With his solid reputation and proven performance, Graham has brought MGMT Global into a respected and prestigious company. The challenges of developing a new organization do not stop him from beautifully balancing his business and personal life. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Yvette, of 26 years, and father to their daughter and son, Shelbie and Ryan.
